The first week is always the most exciting one. I was excited to be back on campus and meet students and faculty members and actively participate in IN-PERSON class. It feels good to meet people in person. I am hoping that COVID will go away and everything will get back to normal.
Starting in the first week, I had couple of quizzes and actually a test, which was unexpected but it was about general knowledge. We will see how I did on that. It is much easier to understand the concept when I am in person./
Some days of the week after class me and my friends would make a study group either in the library or in the cafeteria and just review the material which was a lot of fun.
Of course the most interesting part for me was working at the Welcome Desk as well as the Welcome Week event. It was my first day at the Welcome Desk. I was a little confused at first but i quickly got the hang of it and did just fine. I could see my colleagues through the window preparing for the Welcome Week event and I could not wait to join them. After my shift was over, that was what I did. I worked at the welcome week for several hours and had tons of fun. We danced, talked to each other, laughed and I even learned how to juggle! I am looking forward for what is to come in the next weeks during the semester!
